Great service and convenient location.

The maintenance around this place is great. We had a three day rain storm and the fourth day they had someone grading the gravel roads to keep it smooth. It seems a little silly but it's nice when your trailer isn't bouncing all over the place. Just kudos for always keeping the facility nice!

Harris lake boat storage is great, less than a minute from the marina.They offer plenty of parking spaces for boats, trailers etc. The staff is top notch, super friendly. The facility is clean with lots of storage units to store your stuff, and climate controlled units as well. This is by far the best storage facility I have rented, I would recommend this place to anyone!

This review is for Kim who is the sweetest and most professional person you will ever work with. Not only she is an expert in her field but is also sourcer for many tips and tricks as you move in into one of these units. She went above and beyond to help me answer all sort of questions and was very joyful during the whole process. I wish we have more Kims in this world! . Unfortunatly, it did not pane out for me giving my needs but the place overall is amazing and if need to work with someone @harris lake boat storage you betta call KIM!

I moved from Public Storage to Harris Lake about two years ago. First, Kim who manages the property is the nicest and most accommodating person you'll ever meet. There is no comparison between the customer service from Public Storage to Harris Lake. Kim actually cares about doing a good job and that's a rare commodity these days! The facility itself is very well kept. They even out the gravel on a regular basis and always after storms. The landscape company blows the entire lot clean every month. There is a restroom on site and I love having access to power and water. They had some lighting issues last year which were quickly observed and resolved. They also added an ice machine last summer! I rent three units and you couldn't get me to consider moving to a different facility.

Customer Service is great, Kim is really responsive and helpful. We kept our boat here and is an ideal location for Harris Lake and not far from Jordan Lake. Never had an issue with access at anytime and spaces were large. Highly recommend them them to any boat or RV owner looking for a storage facility for their toys.

Great place in a great location especially if you need room for boats and fishing gear!

Opposite cove of storage site. Sits this quaint nook and cranny. With anything needed right at hand. Be you visit couple hour from a drive away. Or are night fishing from boat off lake. First visit though and very peaceful. Edit more later.

Kim is AMAZING. I wouldn't pick any other storage facility to use. The facility is great, easily accessible to the lake and the customer service is top notch! Never had a single issue. HIGHLY recommend.

I've rented at Harris Lake Boat Storage on 3 separate occasions for my Mastercraft ski boat over the last few years, and the owner and manager have been a pleasure to work with. They're friendly and professional, and do the utmost to accommodate your storage needs. Plus, you can't beat the location next to Harris Lake!

Best place to store. Would definitely recommend. The initial setup was easy and done by email. Kim is fantastic, she is polite, friendly and she has stayed in contact and worked with me many times.

NOW OFFERING CLIMATE CONTROLLED BRAND NEW STORAGE OPTIONS! We moved down the road into a new build and thought this place was just boat storage...we were so wrong! They have brand new storage units that are fully climate controlled, the prices beat everyone in the area, and the customer service was incredible. If I had to recommend a storage unit, this is the only place I would recommend. Don’t bypass just because it appears to be boats only 🙂 it’s totally worth calling them!

I can't say enough great things about this facility and its staff, particularly Kim. I have kept my boat there for the last two seasons. They are constantly improving their facility and never resting in keeping it up and adding enhancements. Their customer service, and I'm talking about Kim, is not only professional, but highly responsive. I have called the number before to ask a question and have not left a message. Minutes later, I still get a call back. They also respond to their email quickly. Additionally, if you ever have a concern, it is handled immediately. Not only that, but they remember their customers and honor their wishes. Emergency numbers are clearly posted. Last, but not least, proximity to Harris Lake is prime. The southern part of Jordan is nearby too. I highly recommend this storage facility.
